Dwayne’s view is refreshingly practical: businesses don’t need to transform everything overnight. They need to start small.
Look at your working day. Where are people losing hours to repetitive administrative tasks? What processes slowing projects down? Where are employees spending time searching, organising, writing or preparing information?
Those are the opportunities to explore. For AEC firms in particular, AI isn’t necessarily about replacing the expertise of architects, engineers or construction professionals. It can be about reducing the friction around them from helping teams develop ideas, challenge concepts, organise information to making better use of their time.
