How do you charge for your services?

We charge a fixed for per user that gives you:
1. Unlimited Support and access to the Haber Support Desk
2. 24/7 Monitoring from the Haber Monitoring Desk
3. A dedicated point of contact from our Client Services Team
4. All your licensing (M365, Antivirus etc)
5. Security Monitoring and Management
6. IT Budgeting and an IT strategy
The above services are bundled into our flagship product; HG FULLY MANAGED and charged on a per user basis.
For our other services such as Consultancy and Project Delivery, we charge a fixed daily rate depending on the level of engineer or consultant you need or we offer discounted retainers.

Are there any requirements to onboard a client?

Our white glove approach limits the number clients we can onboard each year. We seek companies with commonalities that make them a strong fit for our services.

Do you support only New York businesses?

No! We work with clients nationally in the US and support locations in London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.

Do you support start-ups?

Certainly, we have a prerequisite of at least 5 users before we consider working with a potential client.

Do you require clients to sign a long term/fixed term contract?

We customize every support agreement for each client. Some prefer 30-day pay-as-you-go terms, while others opt for a 3-year long-term contract. Our standard is a 1-year commitment, but we’re flexible enough to agree on a service and term that suits your business.

Are you based exclusively in New York?

No, at Haber, we practice what we preach with our mobile workforce. Our team is spread across various locations, including Midtown Manhattan HQ, Charleston, Raleigh-Durham, London, and even South Africa. This diversity enables us to offer a true 24/7 service and add cultural richness to our team.

What is you customer retention like?

Our client-centric approach has led to a majority of our clients staying with us for over a decade. With a white-glove service, client retention has never been a challenge since our inception.
